Inspired by his mother, a cook in a small village restaurant, Chef Massimiliano Sena has inherited her passion. Trained in various establishments around the world, notably in Italy, London and Hong Kong, Chef Sena likes to blend his origins with the gastronomy of the places where he sets up shop. The holder of a star in the MICHELIN Guide for 8 years, he worked in the Il Lago gourmet restaurant at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues in Geneva, before recently deciding to take on a new professional challenge by joining the Courcelles kitchen in June 2024. Chef Massimiliano Sena is committed to offering French cuisine inspired by the finest local produce. Voted Best Italian Chef of the Year 2022, Chef Massimiliano Sena offers generous, elegant and precise cuisine. This passionate chef particularly enjoys combining perfectly balanced traditional flavours with creative combinations of local and seasonal produce. He believes that taste should always be in harmony with the aesthetics of the dishes.
