Since completing his cooking studies, our Chef Lucas Vannier has taken the “path of the stars”, having cooked at l'Auberge des Templiers*, La Côte Saint-Jacques**, and Maison Jeunet**. Chef Vannier arrived at the Château de Courcelles a few years ago and became head Chef more than 6 years ago. At the Château he is accompanied by his brigade composed of a dozen of women and men with whom he shares his passion for cooking.

We have recently partnered with a beekeeper of the region to offer our guests delicious fresh honey collected right here at the Château.
Chef Vannier and his team are always working to maintain close ties with our local partners and remain respectful of what nature offers us!
