Chef Massimiliano Sena offers generous, elegant and precise French cuisine.
After taking over as head chef at Château de Courcelles in June 2024, Chef Massimiliano Sena earned his first Michelin star in 2025.
Originally from Italy, specifically Sorrento, Massimiliano Sena grew up surrounded by the flavours of the sea and the scent of lemon trees on the Amalfi coast. Inspired by his mother, who cooked in a small village restaurant, Chef Massimiliano Sena inherited her passion.
Trained in various establishments around the world, notably in Italy, London and Hong Kong, Chef Sena likes to blend his origins with the gastronomy of the places where he settles.
Already awarded one Michelin star, he now celebrates a culinary art where his Italian soul combines with the excellence of French and local produce, enhanced through dishes where taste and aesthetics are always perfectly balanced. Through his creations, he celebrates the emotions and timeless elegance of the Château.
