After a rewarding experience at Château de Courcelles, Chef Collombat decided to return to his homeland to concentrate on a new personal project with his wife.

He is handing over to the talented Michelin-starred Chef Massimiliano Sena, who will take charge of the Domain's gourmet restaurant "La Table de Courcelles".

His aim will be to offer French cuisine inspired by the finest local products.

Michelin-starred for 8 years, he worked previously at the gourmet restaurant Il Lago at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues in Geneva, before recently deciding to take on a new professional challenge.

Elected Best Italian Chef in 2022, Chef Massimiliano Sena offers generous, elegant and precise cuisine. This passionate Chef particularly enjoys combining perfectly balanced traditional flavours with creative combinations of local and seasonal products.

His Carte and culinary identity will be available from Monday, July 15th.
